I love ALL these recipes! And I LOVE that there are pictures for each one. I bought your Indian kitchen cookbook and was disappointed that there was not a photo for each recipe! I love looking at what I want to make.

Hi Rachel, I have photos for almost all recipes. It was the publishers decision on design and the number of photos to include in the book. After a lot of back and forth and insistence on my part for more pics, we have about 105+ photos for the 150 recipes, some of which have multiple recipe foods in the photo.
I will put up a page soon with the other photos from the book for reference.

I love samosas beyond belief…but am allergic to wheat. Is there a recipe you might recommend for the insides of the samosas…so I can still enjoy them? (It may end up being a bit more healthy without the fried dough! lol) Also, what is the slightly sweet sauce that is normally served with them?

PS…your book is on my list, too! Your recipes look easy to follow, and very flavorful!

I have samosa recipe in the book with an amazing potato filling recipe. I also have a baked mashed potato fritter recipes that uses a chickpea flour shell. So you can mix and match those to use either of the potato fillings.
